We had a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Christo at the reception, provided warm and attentive service. They promptly took care of a small issue with our room and even upgraded us to a larger room without any extra charge. The breakfast in the morning was not extravagant, but it was definitely fresh, tasty, and satisfying. We also appreciated that they allowed us to check out later at 15:00, which was a great gesture.

The hotel’s location was great for exploring the city and all its attractions. I loved being able to stay for an additional three hours past our check-out time for free!
